Shawn Smash-Jett is not a theorist. She is a practitioner. For more than three decades she has built, operated, advised, and led at the highest levels of corporate America, the federal government, and entrepreneurship. Her work spans Turner Broadcasting, Allied Signal Aerospace, Marriott, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Department of Homeland Security — organizations that required precision, strategic thinking, and uncompromising execution.
In 1999, she founded Wealthy Divas, Inc., beginning her mission to give women access to the financial knowledge she had spent a career accumulating. In 2025, she launched FemFluent Wealth and The Femme Fortune Blueprint — modern, AI-driven platforms that translate the language of wealth into clear, empowering systems for women who are ready to build something that lasts.
Today she operates seven business entities including On Time Wealth Capital, a commercial brokerage firm, and Envision Innovations Property Group, managing luxury corporate housing in Dallas-Fort Worth and Cedar Park-Austin. She is an international motivational speaker and podcast host who has been a platform communicator since 2014, and co-founder of The Chrishaun Foundation.

The Chrishaun Foundation, Inc.
The Chrishaun Foundation was named in honor of Shawn's daughter, Alexis Chrishaun Jett, and her late husband Christopher Lee Jett, who tragically lost his life to gun violence. The foundation serves survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking through education, mentorship, and economic restoration programs. For Shawn, wealth fluency is not simply a business. It is a living legacy — transforming grief into a force for restoration, independence, and healing in the lives of women who need it most.
Shawn has served as a professional speaker at Wellspring Living, advocating for trafficking and domestic violence survivors. She has mentored high-risk youth in DeKalb County Schools for over 20 years, volunteered with the Ryan Cameron Foundation, and tutored students at Bascomb Elementary School.
